Capital Equity Funding Corporation, founded in
the summer of 2003 has grown from conception to the reality of a financial
services firm in a few
short months.
Capital Equity Funding Corporation booked its first loan in June of 2003.
One year later, the corporation has closed and funded over One Million
dollars
in private mortgage transactions. In the same period of time, the firm has
established lines of credit and purchase agreements with local banks.

funding for first and second mortgage transactions. Typically, these
transactions are purchase money mortgages for owner occupants or
investment properties. |

Clientele. Our clients are
typically first time buyers with minimal credit history, or are borrowers that cannot qualify in the conforming
traditional mortgage market. CEFC works with these buyers to acquire their
home or property. After the client has established a payment history, their
loan can be refinanced with a traditional lender or local broker.

charged to initiate the loan, and the interest spread between the rate
charged to the client and the cost of the funds to CEFC |
